Studio in a Box Consulting – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Studio in a Box Consulting program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consulting Inclusions:

Full access to all materials, templates, and resources included in the Studio in a Box Online Version.

(Approximately) bi-weekly consulting calls to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure steady progress.

Additional consulting calls may be scheduled as needed, subject to availability.

Ongoing project management and progress check-ins using our proprietary Studio in a Box Process to keep your studio launch on track.

Consulting support is provided from the time you begin the program until your studio opens and hosts its grand opening, for up to one year.

Client Responsibilities:

Actively participate in consulting calls and project management check-ins.

Complete assigned tasks and take necessary action steps to move your studio launch forward.

Communicate openly about challenges, questions, or delays that may impact the timeline.

Consulting Duration & Expiration:

Consulting services are available for a maximum of one year from the program start date.

If the studio opening and grand opening extend beyond one year, additional consulting support may be available at an additional $1,000 per month.

Scheduling & Availability:

Consulting calls will be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.

Calls that need to be rescheduled require at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed or last-minute canceled calls may not be eligible for rescheduling.

No Guarantees & Client Responsibility:

Consulting is designed to provide guidance, expertise, and proven strategies, but the success of your studio depends on your implementation and efforts.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or membership numbers.

Payment & Refund Policy:

All payments for the Studio in a Box Consulting program are non-refundable.

Payment plans (if applicable) must be completed in full regardless of progress or completion.
